Informal Speaking (5%)

Informal speaking includes class participation, discussions, small group discussions, and other “impromptu” opportunities to speak in class.

This could include but is not limited to:

  • public debriefing from group activities
  • interaction between colleagues during group activities
  • insightful, higher level questions
  • conversations during office hours
  • discussions with professionals when class is held off campus
  • other...

Data on informal speaking will be collected at least every other week and will count 5% toward your final achievement.
